Support you need to make lasting changes in your eating and lifestyle.

The Dietitians Guide to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and the PCOS Workbook. The media is the main source where most people get their nutrition information. Unfortunately, the majority of this information is false. As a registered and licensed dietitian, I am trained to provide reliable and objective nutrition information. This is particularly important considering all the confusion surrounding PCOS and nutrition. In addition, working with a registered dietitian can give you the tools and support you need to recover from an eating disorder, improve PCOS symptoms, and manage weight.

PCOS Nutrition Consulting (phone or in person)
One-on-one individualized nutrition counseling sessions over the phone or in person at my office in Haverford, PA. Goals may include:

  • Gaining control over your weight
  • Decreasing your risk of developing diabetes and heart disease

  • Understand PCOS and related health conditions

Your first session will be scheduled as an initial nutrition assessment and lasts approximately 1½ hours.
